Event attendees love receiving personalized event badges. They serve as a participation memento long after the event is over and are a mark of status, as they are usually only seen at the largest and highest caliber events.
Once registration closes, we take your participant list, print your customized badges and ship them to you. You get a badge for every participant with a lanyard and plenty of blank spares.

When you multiply each event you offer by sexes, ages and ranks your event may have hundreds or even thousands of divisions on paper. But how many of those will flesh out to be good divisions in the ring?
We developed the Division Optimizer to show you where your problems are and split your competitors in better ways, which leads to higher satisfaction and better repeat participation.
SCHOOLS
& Rebates
People don’t attend events, schools do.
To register, attendees make profiles and connect to their school’s account. School account owners can see which of their students are participating and in which events and can invite or even sign up their students en masse.
Master Tournaments allows event hosts to offer rebates to attending schools. A portion of a school’s entry fees are paid to the school as thanks for their support and patronage. The more students registered, the higher the portion of fees rebated.
At Master Tournaments, we don’t believe in setup or listing fees and this can be seen in our flat rates. You will never get a surprise bill or hit with extra costs with us. In fact, you never pay us at all, we only pay you!

Registration
Easy profile setup and registration means even easier management.
When new users sign up for Master Tournaments they make a profile with their basic personal and martial arts information such as style and rank. When they register in an event, we use this information to only present them options in which they are eligible to participate.
No more searching through hundreds of divisions or manually specifying their details for every event you attend, drastically decreasing the chance of clerical errors for you to fix.

Liability
Waivers
Cover your bases without drowning in paper work.
There is no way around it; for your protection and your participants’ understanding, each attendee needs a liability waiver on file for every event. And if you ever need it, you need to know where to find it.
Master Tournaments requires waivers for each attendee to be in place before they can proceed with registration. These waivers are customizable for any language you need for your municipality so you have the best protection in place.

Questions

Master Tournaments only handles pre-registration. Allowing entries on the day of the event undoes your preparation and can significantly increase workload. If they are allowed, they must be handled outside of Master Tournaments.

Master Tournaments does not yet support merchandise or other additional sales.

Credit card processing costs are added as a small portion of the registration fee of each individual competitor.

Master Tournaments does not handle, and therefore does not take any fee from, cash transactions made for any reason at your event.

You don’t! Master Tournaments retains its fee (depending on your event type) when registration fees are passed on to your account. We pay you, you never pay us!
